Returns or Exchanges

 At Brothers Leather, we work hard to ensure all of our products are of the highest quality and our attention to detail is second to none. However, if you are not satisfied with your product you can send it back to us within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange, refund, or in-store credit.

To initiate a return:

  1. Request a return on our website here. You will need your order number and email address used when you purchased the product.
  2. Click here to complete the Return Form. Print and complete this form.
  3. Use your original Brothers Leather Supply box, or any unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
  4. Include the completed Return Form in the box with your product.
  5. Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. Carriers like  FedEx, UPS, USPS are preferred.
  6. You are responsible for shipment costs. Please be sure to ship your item prepaid (no CODs allowed).
  7. We highly recommend you insure your parcel and adequately protect it during shipment. Brothers Leather is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.

Important: In order to be eligible for a refund or in-store credit, your items (1.) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date (unless purchased during our Holiday Season, see below); (2.) must have a completed return form included; (3) must be in new/unused condition with tags intact and with original packaging.

  • If you are unable to fully comply with the return policy you are ineligible for a return/refund/exchange.
  • There are no price adjustments on previous purchases.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Other Information:

  • We reserve the right to require proof of purchase to validate a return or exchange.
  • Holiday Season Return Policy applies to all purchases online or in store between November 15 and December 25. Returns are accepted through February 1 for purchases made during this time period.
  • Sample Sale and Clearance Sale items are not eligible for a refund at any time. All sales are final.
  • If you’ve purchased a Brothers Leather product from one of our great retailers, please contact them directly to facilitate a return.
  • Please allow three to five days from our receipt of your items to process the return. If funds are being returned to a credit card, please allow 5-15 days from processing for the refund to hit your account (varies based on bank/credit card company).   

Monogramming Return Policy:

Monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged and all sales are final. Monogramming is done by hand using traditional machines making each item special and unique. We take time to ensure each item that has custom monogramming meets our quality standards.

Warranty:

Our leather (Bags, Wallets, Belts) products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase with a limited warranty (proof of purchase required). Under this warranty, if our leather products are defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the bag free of charge and cover shipping both ways. If we cannot repair the product, we will replace it. If the style of the merchandise is no longer available, we will replace the product with a similar product. Defective products are not returned to the customer. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or from any other service/alteration made by any other party than Brothers Leather Supply Co.

In order to have your leather good repaired or replaced under our warranty, first request a return on our website here. Once we review your request and if it's approved, we will email you a pre-paid return label. After that, please send the following to the address below: 1.) the leather good to be repaired/replaced; 2.) a copy of your sales receipt; and 3.) a completed repair form which you can find here.

When preparing your shipment, we highly recommend you insure your package and appropriately pack the item during shipment. Brothers Leather is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment.

Post-Warranty Repair

If your leather good is outside of our warranty, we can still repair your bag. The repair fee is $45. excluding return shipping.

In order to have your leather good repaired,  first r equest a return on our website here.  Then, please send the following to the address below: 1.) the leather good to be repaired/replaced; 2.) a copy of your sales receipt; and 3.) a completed repair form which you can find here.

Once we receive the shipment, we will email you a link which will allow you to pay for the repair and return shipping. Please allow two weeks for repairs.
