Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the USA and a select number of international countries (due to fraud concerns). You can order confidently with the assurance that we will do our best to make sure to get your goods to you as soon as possible. However, we don’t drive the delivery truck, so we can’t guarantee delivery times. When we do ship your item, you will receive and email along with a tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipping status, please contact us.

How can I pay?

We accept credit card payments through our website from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We accept PayPal as well, but you do not need a PayPal account to purchase a product. Please note that your information is private, and we use a SSL/PCI compliant system. We also accept Apple Pay.

I’ve made a purchase. Now what?

Congratulations! The inseparable bond you will have with your Brothers Leather Supply Product product will begin in only a few days. As long as the products you’ve ordered are in stock, they will be packed up and shipped as quickly as possible (usually 2-5 business days). If you believe you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Also, log in to your account on our website to see the status of your purchase in real time.

How much does shipping cost?

All customers who spend more than $99 on an order receive free domestic (USA ONLY) shipping for that order. This does not apply to vouchers or discounts which bring the total below $99.

For orders below $99, shipping varies. Most domestic customers (US) can expect to pay between $7 – $30 in shipping, depending on the speed at which you want it delivered. International buyers can expect to pay $45 or more in shipping. When your package is shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

Why did I receive a bill for duties/taxes/fees?

Some international shipments may require duties, taxes, and fees. Please note that the shipping charges on our website do not include these fees, and we have no control over these fees. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before shipping internationally for additional information on any additional fees that may be levied by your country.

Is there anything I need to know about the leather?

Our bags are made of full-grain Vachetta leather.

  • Full-grain: This leather has not been worn down, or corrected. The original imperfections and natural marks bring a uniqueness to every bag.
  • Vachetta: Untreated Italian style tanning method that darkens in the sunlight.

For all our products, we recommend our Brothers Leather Conditioner to protect, waterproof, and treatment.

    How does the leather get its color?

    The leather undergoes a two-week soaking process in an all natural solution made of tree bark and vegetable oil.

    Does the leather stretch over time?

    Yes. The Vachetta leather will slightly stretch/wear over time depending on the how often it is used and what you carry. But that's the best part about owning a leather bag.

    What's the warranty?

    The Tribute Series has a lifetime warranty. This includes repairs at no charge. We will provide the shipping label to and from our headquarters.

    • Original, unused condition: Exchange or full refund.
    • Lightly used: Exchange or in-store credit.
